Hi Mike,
If possible, could you please interview North Sydney council? Apparently they are very pro bike, they just don't have any road space allocated to other road users (unless you count the 1 foot odd beside all the parked cars, and a few bike logos on the road).
Maybe you could ask them what's occurring with the long awaited harbourlink proposal. http://www.sydneyharbourlink.com/page/about
PS am now in agreement that a helmet exemption for the bike share schemes would help a lot based on practicality.

Hi Mike,

Great post and wonderful films as always. I look forward to seeing what the council has in store.

I have sent an email to some local television stations regarding Guim's journey - hopefully something will stick. It would be nice to have him beside some other e-bike riders so it doesn't have to appear alien to the general public. I REALLY like his photovoltaic setup!

I look forward to catching up with him, if possible, when he passes through Brisbane.

Regards,
